1. من نحن وما هذه الشروط

تطبيق «سركل» (CIRCUL) تقدّمه شركة Raya Software Limited، وهي شركة خاصة محدودة بالأسهم مسجّلة في أيرلندا برقم 643304، ومقرها المسجّل: 41 Walnut Close, Kingswood, Dublin 24, D24 FHV0, Ireland («نحن»). تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات المرتبطة به («الخدمة»). باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

2. ما هو سركل وما ليس هو

سركل أداة تنسيق لتنظيم الجمعيات (جمعيات الادخار الدورية) وتوثيقها: إنشاء الجمعية، ودعوة الأعضاء، وترتيب الأدوار، وجدول المساهمات، وتسجيل ما يُبلغ عنه الأعضاء من تحويلات وتأكيدات.

سركل لا يحتفظ بأموال الأعضاء ولا يجمعها ولا ينقلها ولا يضمنها. يحوّل الأعضاء مساهماتهم إلى المنظّم مباشرة، ويحوّل المنظّم مبلغ الدور إلى المستلم مباشرة، وكل ذلك خارج التطبيق عبر حساباتهم البنكية الخاصة.
سركل ليس بنكًا ولا مؤسسة مالية ولا مزوّد خدمات دفع أو نقود إلكترونية أو تحويل أموال، وليس جهة إقراض. لا يقدّم قروضًا أو ائتمانًا أو تقييمًا ائتمانيًا أو استشارات مالية أو استثمارية أو قانونية.
لا يقدّم سركل حسابًا بنكيًا للجمعية ولا رقم آيبان خاصًا بها.
لا يحتسب سركل أي فوائد أو عوائد على مبالغ الجمعية، ولا يتقاضى نسبة من الأموال المتداولة بين الأعضاء.
لا يضمن سركل أن يدفع أي عضو أو منظّم.
السجلات في التطبيق تعكس ما أبلغ عنه الأعضاء وأكّدوه، وليست كشف حساب بنكي ولا دليلًا على حدوث التحويل فعلًا.

3. الدول والعملات والقوانين المحلية

سركل متاح للأشخاص في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والمملكة العربية السعودية، والكويت، وقطر، والبحرين، وعُمان، والأردن، ومصر، ولبنان، وسوريا، والمغرب، والضفة الغربية (فلسطين)، وتونس، والجزائر. يختلف توفّر التطبيق في متاجر التطبيقات من دولة لأخرى.
لكل جمعية عملة واحدة تُختار عند إنشائها ولا تتغير بعد ذلك، من العملات المدعومة (مثل العملة المحلية أو الدولار الأمريكي). لا يحوّل سركل بين العملات ولا يعرض أسعار صرف. يمكن أن يكون أعضاء الجمعية في دول مختلفة.
تختلف القوانين المتعلقة بالجمعيات وجمع الأموال لصالح الآخرين والعملات الأجنبية والتحويلات من دولة لأخرى. أنت مسؤول عن الالتزام بقوانين الدولة التي تقيم فيها والدولة التي تتم منها تحويلاتك. لا تمثّل هذه الشروط ولا التطبيق استشارة قانونية.

4. الأهلية والحساب

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل وأن تتمتع بالأهلية القانونية للتعاقد.
تسجّل الدخول برقم هاتفك (رمز تحقق يُرسل برسالة نصية) أو بحساب Apple أو Google. تسجيل الدخول برقم الهاتف متاح في كل الدول المدعومة ما عدا سوريا، حيث يتم الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية جهازك ووسيلة الدخول، وعن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك.
يجب أن تكون المعلومات التي تقدّمها صحيحة، بما فيها اسمك ورقم الحساب البنكي (الآيبان أو رقم الحساب المحلي) الذي تستلم عليه.

5. كيف تعمل الجمعية

ينشئ المنظّم الجمعية ويحدد العملة والمبلغ والجدول وعدد الأعضاء ويدعوهم، ثم يرتّب أدوار الاستلام.
عند بدء الجمعية يُثبَّت الأعضاء وترتيب الأدوار ولا يمكن تغييرهما.
في كل دورة يحوّل كل عضو مساهمته من حسابه البنكي إلى حساب المنظّم مباشرة، ثم يسجّل ذلك في التطبيق، ويؤكد المنظّم وصول المبلغ.
بعد تأكيد جميع مساهمات الدورة، يحوّل المنظّم مبلغ الدور إلى مستلم تلك الدورة، ويؤكد المستلم وصوله.
يجوز للمستلم الاعتراض إذا لم يصل المبلغ كما أُبلغ، ويمكن للدافع إعادة الإرسال.

6. مسؤوليات المنظّم

إذا أنشأت جمعية فأنت «المنظّم»، وتقرّ بما يلي:

أنت من يستلم مساهمات الأعضاء في حسابك البنكي ويحتفظ بها حتى تحويلها إلى المستلم، وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن ذلك. سركل ليس طرفًا في هذه الأموال.
تلتزم بتحويل مبلغ كل دور إلى مستلمه في وقته، وبتأكيد المساهمات التي وصلت فعلًا فقط.
تلتزم باستخدام بيانات الأعضاء (الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف وأرقام الحسابات البنكية) لإدارة الجمعية فقط، وعدم مشاركتها مع غيرهم.
قد يخضع جمع الأموال والاحتفاظ بها لصالح الآخرين لقواعد خاصة في بعض الدول. أنت مسؤول عن التحقق من هذه القواعد والالتزام بها في الدول التي تقيم فيها أنت وأعضاء جمعيتك. إذا كان القانون المطبّق عليك لا يسمح بتنظيم جمعية بهذه الطريقة، فلا تستخدم سركل لتنظيمها.
لا يجوز للمنظّم إخفاء اسمه عن الأعضاء، ويرى المنظّم الأسماء الكاملة لجميع الأعضاء.

7. مسؤوليات العضو

الانضمام إلى جمعية التزام تجاه أعضائها الآخرين بدفع مساهمتك كاملة وفي موعدها حتى نهاية الجمعية، بما في ذلك بعد استلامك لدورك.
سجّل الدفع في التطبيق فقط بعد تحويل المبلغ فعلًا، وأكّد الاستلام فقط بعد وصول المبلغ إلى حسابك.
انضم فقط إلى جمعيات مع أشخاص تعرفهم وتثق بهم.

8. الخصوصية داخل الجمعية

يمكن للعضو إخفاء اسمه عن الأعضاء الآخرين فيظهر لهم باسمه المستعار في سركل (اسم يولّده التطبيق مثل «الصقر الذهبي»، أو لقب يختاره)، لكنه لا يُخفى عن المنظّم.
يجب أن يكون اللقب الذي تختاره لائقًا، وألا ينتحل اسم شخص آخر، وألا يتضمن أرقام هواتف أو روابط. يحق لنا إزالة أي لقب يخالف ذلك.
صورة الملف الشخصي اختيارية. إن أضفتها فيجب أن تكون صورتك أنت، وألا تتضمن محتوى مسيئًا أو غير لائق أو عنيفًا أو جنسيًا، وألا تنتهك حقوق غيرك. يمكن لأي عضو الإبلاغ عن صورة من قائمة الأعضاء، ويراجع فريق الدعم البلاغات ويحق له إزالة الصورة، وتكرار المخالفة قد يؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب.
لا يُعرض رقم حساب الاستلام إلا لمن يجب عليه التحويل إليه: يرى الأعضاء حساب المنظّم، ويرى المنظّم حساب كل مستلم.

9. الخلافات بين الأعضاء

أي خلاف حول دفع أو عدم دفع أو تأخير أو مبلغ أو ترتيب أدوار هو خلاف بين الأعضاء والمنظّم أنفسهم. سركل لا يتحقق من التحويلات البنكية، ولا يفصل في الخلافات، ولا يعوّض أي طرف، ولا يستطيع استرداد الأموال. يمكننا عند الطلب تزويد أطراف الجمعية بنسخة من السجلات المحفوظة لدينا الخاصة بهم، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

10. الرصيد (CU) والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

«CU» رصيد رقمي يُستخدم داخل التطبيق لإنشاء الجمعيات. تختلف تكلفة الجمعية حسب عدد أعضائها، وتظهر قبل الإنشاء.
جمعيتك الأولى مجانية، وتحصل على 3 وحدات CU ترحيبية مرة واحدة.
تُشترى وحدات CU في باقات (5 أو 15 أو 40) عبر الشراء داخل التطبيق من App Store أو Google Play. يتم الدفع والفوترة من خلال Apple أو Google وتخضع لشروطهما، وتُحدَّد الأسعار حسب متجر كل دولة.
وحدات CU ليست أموالًا: لا يمكن سحبها أو استبدالها بنقد، ولا تحويلها إلى مستخدم آخر، ولا تُستخدم لدفع مساهمات الجمعية. لا تنتهي صلاحيتها.
يُحفظ رصيد CU حاليًا على جهازك. إذا حذفت التطبيق أو انتقلت إلى جهاز آخر فقد لا ينتقل الرصيد معك؛ تواصل مع الدعم في هذه الحالة.
لا نقدّم استردادًا نقديًا لوحدات CU. تُعالَج طلبات استرداد المشتريات من خلال Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) أو Google Play وفق سياساتهما.
عند حذف حسابك تسقط أي وحدات CU غير مستخدمة.
يجوز لنا تغيير الأسعار مستقبلًا، ولا يؤثر التغيير على وحدات اشتريتها مسبقًا.
لا يمسّ هذا البند أي حقوق تمنحك إياها قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية.

11. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك استخدام سركل:

للاحتيال أو خداع الأعضاء أو جمع أموال بادعاءات كاذبة.
لغسل الأموال أو تمويل أي نشاط غير مشروع أو التهرب من العقوبات.
لتلقي الودائع أو تقديم القروض أو أي نشاط مالي يتطلب ترخيصًا.
لتنظيم جمعيات كنشاط تجاري أو مقابل رسوم أو عمولة، أو لتحقيق ربح من الأعضاء (مثل فرض رسوم انضمام أو الاحتفاظ بجزء من مبالغ الأدوار).
لإدخال بيانات أشخاص دون إذنهم، أو انتحال شخصية أي أحد.
لنشر محتوى مسيء أو مهين في أسماء الجمعيات أو الملاحظات أو نصوص الاعتراض.
لمحاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى الخدمة أو تعطيلها.

12. إيقاف الحساب وحذفه

يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← حذف الحساب. لا يمكن الحذف ما دمت منظّمًا لجمعية نشطة، أو عضوًا في جمعية نشطة لم تُؤكَّد كل تحويلاتك فيها، حتى لا يتضرر الأعضاء الآخرون.
بعد الحذف نحذف بيانات حسابك الشخصية، مع الاحتفاظ بسجل الجمعيات التي بدأت بصورة مجهولة («عضو محذوف») حفاظًا على سلامة سجلات بقية الأعضاء. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو إذا طلب منّا ذلك جهة مختصة، مع مراعاة مصلحة أعضاء الجمعيات النشطة قدر الإمكان.

13. إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها». سركل أداة تنسيق فقط. لا نضمن أن يدفع أي عضو أو منظّم، ولا أن يستلم أي عضو دوره، ولا أن تعمل الخدمة دون انقطاع أو أخطاء. التذكيرات والسجلات أدوات مساعدة، ولا تغني عن متابعتك لحسابك البنكي. ينطبق ذلك إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، ولا يمسّ أي حقوق للمستهلك لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.

14. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة ناتجة عن تصرفات الأعضاء أو المنظّمين، أو عن عدم الدفع أو التأخر فيه، أو عن تحويلات بنكية خاطئة، ولا عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خسارة أرباح.
لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك أيهما أكبر: المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا مقابل وحدات CU خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة، أو 100 يورو.
لا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤوليتنا عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن إهمالنا، أو عن الاحتيال، أو عن أي مسؤولية أخرى لا يجوز تحديدها أو استبعادها قانونًا.

15. Apple وGoogle

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين Raya Software Limited فقط، وليست مع Apple. نحن، لا Apple، المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه.
لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام بتقديم صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.
إذا لم يطابق التطبيق أي ضمان مطبّق، يمكنك إبلاغ Apple لاسترداد سعر الشراء إن وُجد وفق سياساتها. وإلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام آخر بشأن الضمان.
نحن، لا Apple، المسؤولون عن معالجة أي مطالبات منك أو من أي طرف ثالث تتعلق بالتطبيق أو بحيازتك له أو استخدامك له، بما فيها مطالبات مسؤولية المنتج، وعدم مطابقة التطبيق لأي متطلب قانوني أو تنظيمي، ومطالبات حماية المستهلك أو الخصوصية، ومطالبات انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لطرف ثالث.
حيثما يقتضي القانون ذلك، تقرّ بأنك لست مقيمًا في دولة خاضعة لحظر من حكومة الولايات المتحدة أو مصنّفة من قبلها دولةً «داعمة للإرهاب»، وأنك غير مدرج في أي قائمة لحكومة الولايات المتحدة للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيّدة.
يجب عليك الالتزام بشروط الأطراف الثالثة المطبّقة عند استخدامك للتطبيق (مثل شروط مزوّد خدمة الاتصال).
Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدون من هذه الشروط من الغير، ويحق لـ Apple، بعد قبولك لهذه الشروط، التمسك بها في مواجهتك.
إذا نزّلت التطبيق من Google Play فإن شروط Google Play تنطبق على استخدامك للمتجر. Google ليست طرفًا في هذه الشروط وليست مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو دعمه.

16. التعديلات على الخدمة والشروط

قد نطوّر الخدمة أو نغيّرها أو نوقف بعض ميزاتها. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق أو على هذه الصفحة قبل سريان أي تغيير جوهري. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد السريان يعني موافقتك.

17. القانون الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون الأيرلندي. إذا كنت تقيم في دولة أخرى فإنك تحتفظ بالحماية التي يمنحها لك قانون حماية المستهلك الإلزامي في الدولة التي تقيم فيها. تختص محاكم أيرلندا بالنظر في أي نزاع بينك وبيننا، دون أن يمسّ ذلك حقك في رفع الدعوى أمام محاكم الدولة التي تقيم فيها إذا منحك القانون هذا الحق. لا يشمل ذلك الخلافات بين الأعضاء أنفسهم (البند 9).

18. اللغة

هذه الشروط متاحة بالعربية والإنجليزية. إذا اختلفت النسختان، تُعتمد النسخة الإنجليزية إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

The CIRCUL app («سركل») is provided by Raya Software Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under company number 643304, with its registered office at 41 Walnut Close, Kingswood, Dublin 24, D24 FHV0, Ireland ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What CIRCUL is, and what it is not

CIRCUL is a coordination tool to organise and keep records of savings circles (jameya / rotating savings): creating a circle, inviting members, setting the payout order and schedule, and recording the transfers and confirmations that members report.

CIRCUL never holds, collects, moves or guarantees members' money. Members pay their contributions directly to the organiser, and the organiser pays the recipient directly, outside the app, through their own bank accounts.
CIRCUL is not a bank, financial institution, payment service, e-money or money transmitter, and it is not a lender. It does not offer loans, credit, credit scoring, or financial, investment or legal advice.
CIRCUL does not provide a circle bank account or a circle IBAN.
CIRCUL does not calculate or pay interest or returns on circle money, and does not take a percentage of money moved between members.
CIRCUL does not guarantee that anyone pays.
Records in the app reflect what members reported and confirmed. They are not a bank statement and are not proof that a transfer took place.

3. Countries, currencies and local laws

CIRCUL is available to people in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Morocco, the West Bank (Palestine), Tunisia and Algeria. Availability in the app stores differs from country to country.
Each circle has one currency, chosen when it is created and never changed, from the supported currencies (such as a local currency or the US dollar). CIRCUL does not convert currencies or show exchange rates. Members of a circle can live in different countries.
Laws on savings circles, collecting money for others, foreign currency and transfers differ from country to country. You are responsible for following the laws of the country where you live and the country your transfers are made from. Neither these Terms nor the app are legal advice.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
You sign in with your phone number (a verification code sent by SMS), Sign in with Apple, or Google. Phone sign-in is available in every supported country except Syria, where you sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in method secure and for everything done through your account.
The information you give must be accurate, including your name and the bank account number (IBAN or local account number) you receive payouts into.

5. How a circle works

The organiser creates the circle, sets the currency, amount, schedule and size, invites members and sets the payout order.
When the circle starts, the members and the payout order are fixed and cannot be changed.
Each cycle, every member transfers their contribution from their own bank account directly to the organiser's account, records it in the app, and the organiser confirms it arrived.
Once all of the cycle's contributions are confirmed, the organiser transfers that cycle's payout to the recipient, who confirms it arrived.
A receiver can dispute a transfer that did not arrive as reported, and the payer can send again.

6. Organiser responsibilities

If you create a circle, you are its "organiser", and you acknowledge that:

You receive members' contributions into your own bank account and hold them until you pay the recipient. You alone are responsible for that money. CIRCUL is not a party to it.
You will pay each payout to its recipient on time, and confirm only contributions that have actually arrived.
You will use members' details (names, phone numbers, bank account numbers) only to run the circle and will not share them with anyone else.
Collecting and holding money for other people may be subject to specific rules in some countries. You are responsible for checking and following those rules in the countries where you and your members live. If the law that applies to you does not allow you to run a circle in this way, do not use CIRCUL to run one.
An organiser cannot hide their name from members, and sees every member's full name.

7. Member responsibilities

Joining a circle is a commitment to the other members to pay your full contribution on time until the circle ends, including after you have received your own payout.
Record a payment in the app only after you have actually sent it, and confirm a receipt only after the money is in your account.
Only join circles with people you know and trust.

8. Privacy inside a circle

A member can hide their name from other members, who then see their CIRCUL alias (one the app makes, such as "Golden Falcon", or a nickname they choose). A member's name is never hidden from the organiser.
A nickname you choose must be decent, must not pretend to be another person, and must not contain phone numbers or links. We may remove a nickname that breaks these rules.
A profile photo is optional. If you add one, it must be a photo of you, must not contain offensive, inappropriate, violent or sexual content, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. Any member can report a photo from the members list; our support team reviews reports and may remove the photo, and repeated breaches may lead to the account being suspended.
A payout account number is shown only to whoever has to pay into it: members see the organiser's account, and the organiser sees each recipient's account.

9. Disputes between members

Any disagreement about whether a payment was made, a delay, an amount or the payout order is between the members and the organiser. CIRCUL does not verify bank transfers, does not decide disputes, does not compensate anyone and cannot recover money. On request, we can give the parties to a circle a copy of the records we hold about them, as far as the law allows.

10. CU credits and in-app purchases

"CU" are digital credits used in the app to create circles. The cost of a circle depends on its number of members and is shown before you create it.
Your first circle is free, and you receive 3 welcome CU once.
CU are sold in packs (5, 15 or 40) by in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Payment and billing are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms, and prices are set per country store.
CU are not money. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another user, and cannot be used for circle contributions. They do not expire.
Your CU balance is currently stored on your device. If you delete the app or move to another device, your balance may not carry over; contact support if this happens.
We do not give cash refunds for CU. Refund requests for purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies.
Unused CU are lost when you delete your account.
We may change prices in future; a change does not affect CU you have already bought.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use CIRCUL:

to commit fraud, deceive members or collect money under false pretences;
for money laundering, financing any unlawful activity or evading sanctions;
to take deposits, make loans or carry out any financial activity that needs a licence;
to run circles as a business, for a fee or commission, or to make a profit from members (for example by charging a joining fee or keeping part of the payouts);
to enter other people's details without their permission, or to impersonate anyone;
to post abusive or offensive content in circle names, notes or dispute text;
to try to access or disrupt the Service without authorisation.

12. Suspending and deleting accounts

You can delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account. You cannot delete it while you organise an active circle, or while you are a member of an active circle with any of your transfers not yet confirmed, so that other members are not harmed.
When you delete your account we delete your personal account data, but keep the history of circles that had started in anonymised form ("Deleted member") so other members' records stay intact. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms or if a competent authority requires it, taking the interests of members of active circles into account where we can.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". CIRCUL is a coordination tool only. We do not guarantee that any member or organiser will pay, that any member will receive their payout, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reminders and records are aids; they do not replace checking your own bank account. This applies to the extent the law allows and does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss caused by the acts of members or organisers, by non-payment or late payment, or by incorrect bank transfers, or for any indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit.
Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for CU in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

15. Apple and Google

These Terms are an agreement between you and Raya Software Limited only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) under its policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws, and claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
Where the law requires it, you confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app (for example, your mobile carrier's terms).
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply to your use of that store. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

16. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may develop, change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms and will tell you in the app or on this page before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live in another country you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute between you and us, without affecting your right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live if the law gives you that right. This does not cover disagreements between members (section 9).

18. Language

These Terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
